All questions
What is included in the monthly management fee?
The managed work across every workstream: brand and logo, domain, hosting and accounts, the storefront and its updates, label artwork, supplier connection and fulfillment coordination, processor placement and integration after approval, affiliate recruiting and management, and eligible ad management. Deliverables are agreed before kickoff. Inventory, media, third-party fees and affiliate commissions are funded by you separately.
Who is Peptado a good fit for?
Research brands with a defined product, a clear audience, workable margins and enough funding to cover inventory, operating costs and a media budget. We review product, audience, margin, funding and channel fit before scoping, and we will say so if the fit isn't there.
Can you take over an existing brand?
Yes. We start by reviewing what is already in place—storefront, supplier, processor, affiliates and ad accounts—then scope what to keep, fix or rebuild. Existing accounts stay in your name.
Who owns the accounts and customer data?
You do. Your brand, domain, storefront, merchant account, ad accounts and customer data are held in your name. We work inside them with the access you grant, and that access can be removed.
What costs are separate from management?
Inventory, samples, software subscriptions, payment processing fees and any reserves, label printing and packaging, fulfillment and shipping, affiliate commissions, and your required starting media budget of $50–$100/day once eligible campaigns are active. We plan these with you before launch.
Can you guarantee merchant or ad account approval?
No. We bring established payment provider relationships and prepare complete, accurate applications, but payment providers and ad platforms make their own decisions and can change policies. Ads only run on channels where your products and messaging are eligible.
How long does a launch take?
It depends mostly on things outside our control: processor review, supplier lead times, label printing and ad platform review. We share a working plan at kickoff and update it as approvals come in, rather than promising a fixed date.
How do affiliate programs work?
Affiliate recruiting is core work. We find and contact potential affiliates, onboard them, issue tracking links and codes, monitor results and coordinate payouts, then keep recruiting and supporting partners. You approve commission rates and fund payouts. Paid relationships are disclosed.
Do you help find a supplier?
Yes. We work with established suppliers and introduce you to ones suited to your catalog, then handle onboarding, order flow, documentation and COA follow-ups, and fulfillment coordination. Peptado does not manufacture or sell products, and your supplier agreement is in your name. COA follow-up means collecting the supplier's documents; it is not independent testing or certification.
Do you design label artwork?
Yes. We lay out labels using the content you approve and deliver print-ready files to your printer's specifications. You are responsible for final label content and printing costs.
Do you provide legal, regulatory or medical advice?
No. We don't provide legal advice, compliance certification or medical guidance, and we don't make medical claims. We recommend you have your own counsel review products, labels, policies and marketing claims.
How does billing work?
Peptado invoices you for its own agency services—the management fee for the marketing, design, build and management work. Your store's product sales are processed through your own merchant account, in your name, and those receipts stay with you. Third-party costs are paid by you directly to the providers. Cancellation and refund terms are on the billing policy page.
How do I cancel, and are fees refundable?
Email info@peptado.co to cancel at any time. To prevent the next scheduled monthly charge, your notice must arrive at least 14 days before that billing date; a later request does not prevent that renewal. Paid management fees are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The billing policy page has the full terms.
